I am a Civil Engineer by profession and an Insights Architect by discipline. My work in the public sector involves building physical infrastructure; my personal mission involves engineering the mental and operational frameworks required for a high-performance life.

I believe that the greatest failure of the modern era is the loss of Focus. By treating time, energy, and willpower as finite resources, I have developed an Operational Framework to manage my life with intentionality.
